Job Description:
· This is a senior level Web Engineering position where the person will be involved in the technical design and implementation of the Client DMZ for the Integrated Test Environment (ITE).
· This individual will need have significant experience (greater than 7 years) in managing, implementing and monitoring the various web components within the DMZ. Some of the sample components within the DMZ are: Microsoft IIS, Microsoft.NET, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Sharepoint.
· This individual will also be responsible for delivering automation scripts (Microsoft Powershell), patches, implementation of new .NET app from an installation and support documentation on the configuration and tuning of these components to IT Web Operations.
· There is an expectation that individual understands security and networking protocols used in a DMZ architecture. This position reports to senior IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to support, monitor, assess, and troubleshoot operations and application issues across the following areas:
· Microsoft IIS 6.0 and 7.0
· Microsoft .NET
· IBM Webseal
· Microsoft Active Directory
· Microsoft SharePoint
· Microsoft Powershell
· Shell Scripting and automation of key components
