Position : Front End Web Developer
Location :
Duration : 3 month contract
Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for developing sophisticated user interfaces that enable businesses to purchase a wide variety of Experian's consumer credit products and services. The primary role of this position will be to evolve/create a library of ExtJS 3 JavaScript UI components that will enable back-end Java developers to easily construct web-based B2B applications. Candidate should be prepared to show recent designs and ExtJS code samples.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Turn business requirements into dynamic, highly interactive user interfaces with high-quality well-documented code
* Develop new applications and make enhancements to existing products
* Focus on design simplicity that enhances the user experience
* Identify usability/performance challenges and produce creative solutions
Skills Required:
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Expertise in JavaScript, JSON,
* Extensive experience with ExtJS 3 Form, Grid and Chart components is a must
* Solid understanding of web standards and UI/UX/IA best practices
* Well-versed in cross-browser DOM development
* Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Familiarity with JSP, Java, XML and Google Visualization API is a plus
* eCommerce and Financial Services industry experience is a plus
Years of Relevant Experience:5-7
