• Strong Ruby on Rails - 2 years
• RJS - 1 Year
• ActiveRecord - 2 years
• AJAX library (Prototype, Scriptaculous, JQuery, MooTools, etc.) - 1 year
• MySQL - 1 year
• SQL - 2 year
• JavaScript - 2 years
• Ruby - 2 years
• At least 3 years software development experience
• Strong Interpersonal Skills with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users
• HTML - 2 years
