Description:
Client requires the services of an Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Broker Technical Support Specialist with appropriate expertise to assist in the processing of both standardized HL7 messages and ASCII flat files via Cloverleaf services for inserts into a centralized repository, and trouble shooting related to the utilization of electronic reporting in accordance with the requirements outlined in by client.
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the following:
Ø Ability to communicate effectively with technical, private health care providers, and client program staff,
Ø Demonstrated experience and expertise in the implementation of HL7 Laboratory interfaces,
Ø Demonstrated experience and expertise with the Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Broker Hardware and Software, specifically;
o Extensive understanding and experience with TCL coding
o Experience with TCL libraries
o Experience in ODBC calls
o Experience with Cloverleaf commands and XML
o Experience and understanding of HL7 segments
Ø Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking and management of complex processes,
Ø The following knowledge and experience will be beneficial:
o Understanding of general health care concepts,
o Understanding of strategic planning,
o Understanding and experience with consensus building.

- Work closely with process team, application developers or business partners, in-house and overseas, during automation requirements analysis and test execution
- Develop automated business processing test cycles and automated testing components for SAP
ECC 6.0, BW and PTP, SCM, FI, PM and OTC applications using the HP Quality Center Suite of tools and applications
- Build comprehensive library of re-usable automated test components and actions using SAP TAO
- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to verify design requirements are met and in compliance with Quality System standards; report test status and findings to Test Lead
- Develop documentation to facilitate usage of test automation framework
- Participate in reviews of system architecture, and design documents
- Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats
- Support Test Lead to identify risks and to develop mitigation strategies
- Develop strategy for test automation using QTP, TAO and QC products
Requirement:
- Technically oriented, able to troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, installations, and
- configuration of test environments
- Solid understanding of computer systems architecture and infrastructure
- Can demonstrate high level of written and oral communication in the English language, able to
- provide clear and detailed status on what has been executed, and understand and communicate
- complex technical concepts to all levels of the organization;
- Ability to analyze and balance facts, priorities, and alternatives to make sound decisions and
- recommendations
- Can learn and apply new technologies and learn and understand details of third party applications
- and technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, working in teams and independently
- Knowledge of SAP and business support system software testing including best practice
- methodology
- Ability to interpret SAP business processes to create test scenarios and test scripts
- Knowledge of test automation framework methodology
- Fully conversant with recognized test techniques and standards
- Understanding of requirements and change management processes
- Understanding of broad quality concepts, change cycles and problem solving cycles
- Experience of SAP R/3, BI and SAP Enterprise Portal
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
