- Administer the Microstrategy application and support users in the US Sales Information team.
- Configure metadata and base reporting objects.
- Administer security, tune report performance and troubleshoot reporting and data issues.
- Manage Microstrategy version upgrades, coordinate metadata between daily and weekly environments and maintain QA environments Unique Qualifications (more specific qualifications).
- Expert level Microstraetgy administration.
- Oracle, SQL and general Windows administration. Knowledge of SAP R3 and BW Sales Order processes and data flow.

* Responsible for the overall solution architecture of a large complex banking sales & service platform
* Ensure that the overall solution is strictly adhered to the architecture principles and guidelines
* Interface with architects from dependant team such as customer, third party vendor etc and ensure that overall solution integrates well with the other components
* Be part of Architecture Governance and resolve the technical and architecture related issues
* Provide the overall solution framework for the other solution architects and Integrate the solutions from them and resolve the conflicts
* Should be able to run solution workshop with the relevant stakeholders
* Should have breadth of knowledge in various technologies (J2EE, .Net etc)
* Negotiation skills, Conflict resolution and Decision making skills are a must
* Excellent written & verbal communication, presentation, analytical and customer interaction skills
* > 15 years experience in IT Industry
* > 4 years experience in Banking Domain
* Good knowledge of the technology, Software Engineering Methods, Design Patterns for distributed n-Layer Internet/intranet based application.
* Lead Architect for at least 2 major J2EE based IT Solutions in a lead
* Experience in Portal Layer(JSP/JSF/Jave), Middle layer (J2EE, OR, Database), integration with COTS/Back end core systems/services with application security
* Knowledge in Content Management System, EAI and Enterprise Security (multiple Authentication, authorization/access levels), Corillian is plus.
* Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science
