How do I remove spam discussion posts en masse? - 1 new

I just took over managing a group that had been neglected for a while, and
there are tons of spam posts (all from different email addresses) in the
discussions section. As the owner, is there a way for me to delete these en
masse, rather than having to go through each one and click "Remove"? That

Closed Account, Group Still Exists - 1 new

I have a group I created over a year ago. My intention was to close the group
and my Google account but being that I was new to Google Groups I closed my
account without first closing the group. The group still exists and has not
had any inactivity. How can I get it closed? Also I do not remember the user
