·         Strong WPF skills on the XAML/UI

·         Strong WPF skills and the ability to demonstrate (verbally) how they have used the various constructs in WPF, such as composite application development using the PRISM framework and using control templates.

·         Strong WCF skills and ability to demonstrate how they used the various tools such as configuration editor and WFServices.  Need to explain in detail how they used WCF to manage the movement and handling of data and the UI

·         Strong experience in .NET 3.5 and SQL SVR
