Digest Settings - 2 new

I'm setting up a new group, and would like to set the Digest e-mail to go out
Daily at a certain time regardless of how many messages were posted. Is this
possible? I've looked in the settings and searched the forums, but haven't
found anything. If this isn't possible, is there a way to release or send the

Hi. I'm trying to start a group for a small group of people playing basketball
together (blikzkarfan). I've tried twice to add group members, the first time
I tried adding them directly but that got rejected. The second time I added
via email and to my surprise, that also went into "moderation" and I haven't -
