Description:

A Senior Business Systems and Testing Analyst will lead the business analysis and testing processes and collaborate with project teams in the delivery of software solutions for our services and our trading partners.

 

It is the primary accountability of this role to translate stakeholder needs into system requirements, identifying test scenarios, creating test plans and executing associated test cases.   Lead project teams with developing or modifying highly complex information systems.

 

The Senior Business Systems and Testing Analyst are key players in maintaining positive working relationships between Annuity Services, Technology Services and our Trading Partners.

 

The qualified candidate will have experience with mainframe Vantage, with knowledge in RUP methodology and Rational suite of tools preferred.  The individual should have strong analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge of insurance is helpful. Candidate should be able to relocate to Cedar Rapids.

 

 Require a minimum of 4-year degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent education and/or experience. 
 6+ years experience within IT preferred.
