Job Title: Jr. JAVA Scripting Developer

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: Open

Duties:

Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency. Provides production support including system administration and fulfillment of client requests.

Skills:

• 3 - 5 years experience building and supporting web-based applications
• Strong Java Scripting
• Familiarity with IT service management tool sets (e.g. Service-now, ServiceCenter, Remedy, etc.)

 

Project / Purpose:

• Implementation of key IT service management processes (Incident, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management) in a new ITSM tool set.
