The role at our client is for a lead level enterprise asset management consultant. They should have expert level skills in all aspects of enterprise asset management and its integration with resource planning, inventory management, cost allocation, and workflow. They will have to be completely dependent on their own skills since they will be the only EAM consultant on the project. They must be extremely familiar with best practices processes and SAP's best practice process repository. We will use a template approach so they must be able to validate the template processes against customer needs and the best practice process repository to ensure a complete and accurate solution is put in place. They must be able to create their own data load programs for plant maintenance data. The must also be able to build their own functional process structures, configuration, and documentation within solution manager. The successful candidate must have expert level skills in the following.

Equipment and technical object
Preventive maintenance
Maintenance order management (Including settlement)
Work clearance management
Mobile scenario (note: we will not install MAM in this phase but the system must be designed to add this in a subsequent phase without system modification)
Standard Workflow related to PM

Must be able to facilitate blueprint sessions

Assist in change management

Create and deliver training material

Must have at least 3 full life-cycle implementations and 7-10 years of solid SAP plant maintenance experience. Must have significant relevant industry experience. Must have expert level knowledge in PM master data and its relationship with other organizational elements. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill as well as have proven skills in conflict resolution. The consultant will be responsible for weekly status reporting to the project PMO. Must have at least three referencable clients. All references will be verified by the client.
