IT Recruitment Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

He/She will be:

 Responsible for and engages in full life cycle recruiting, providing individual contributions for specific job orders as required

* Provides clear documentation and communication of job requirements to recruiters

* Matches and reviews candidate inventory to job requirements, performs quality assurance checks of submittals and presents to customer

* Interacts with customer as required for submittal feedback, interview scheduling, and follow-up activities including employee migration

* Facilitate the offer process

* Work with the recruiting organization to increase the placements resulting in increased revenue, gross margin and operating income.

* Develop and execute specialized recruiting and fulfillment strategies.

* Attract, hire, and develop recruiting professionals offshore, in support of company objectives.

* Provide leadership, development, and coaching for recruiting team.

* Evaluate, manage, and communicate metrics and recruitment activity reporting.

* Team with Account Manager's to align recruiting strategy with sales strategy, meet customer expectations, and grow business.

* Drive Off-shore Strategy and Sourcing model to impact performance results
