Duration            :           3 Months

 

Duties:

• Support planning, implementation and operational activities for large enterprise fax systems, including integration with workflow, application and email systems.
• Participate effectively in change, incident and problem management processes.
• Contribute to success of enterprise-wide replatforming and service expansion programs

 

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• OpenText/Captaris Rightfax
• Windows Server 2003/2008
• Intel hardware and Brooktrout Fax Boards
• General troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Ability to juggle multiple work streams, be accountable for deliveries, teamwork, Problem Solving, Tireless work ethic
