Position: TIVOLI Workload Scheduler (TWS) Consultant
Billrate: $50.00 /hr all inclusive (depending on level of experience)
H1b's OK! Can bill over 40 hours weekly.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 2-3 months
Technical Skills Needed |
Required Skills: Experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler 8.X and understanding of batch scheduling environments, understanding and experience with UNIX Shell Programming, Red Hat Linux System Administration experience Preferred - RPM Package Management Years of Experience: 3-5 Need CURRENT TWS experience – not 2 years ago! |

Project Description/Daily Assignment |
Detailed Description of Daily Assignment: Assignment will involve the development and testing of installation packages for TWS in the Red Hat Linux RPM environment. This will involve writing shell scripts to install and configure the TWS product in accordance with the Home Depot's design and architecture. Additional work will involve migration of schedules for a specific application from an older TWS environment into the new environment. Will work primarily with infrastructure team responsible for the underlying TWS installation and configuration, but will work with the application team for job schedule logic and coordination as well. |
