Title: Oracle iSupport / Teleservice Consultant

Location: Houston, TX

Duration:  2 months

Deliverables:
Resource will produce a key design document, a RD50 (business requirements), workshop materials, BR100 (configuration), BP80 (process flow), and supporting technical documentation as required.

Acceptance Criteria:
Periodic review of deliverables by the project managers as well as a client acceptance process for key deliverables will provide a mechanism to focus on quality.
