Job Description:
· The client is seeking Call Center Agents to assist end users in navigating through the roll-out of a new web based application.
· The Call Center Agents will be trained and will be responsible for guiding Customers through the system, answering questions and escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Required Education, Experience & Skills :
· 2 year college degree or equivalent technical study
· Excellent oral and written communication - Required - 5 Years
· Application Call Center Support - Required - 2 Years
· Working with end users - Required - 3 Years
· Problem solving and follow-up skills - Required - 3 Years
· Multitasking - Required
· Ability to learn new systems - Required
