Note: Client would like a jr to mid level consultant for this project. The consultant must have excellent experience with Vouchers and setting them up as well as experience with Cash advance process.

 

 

The client has merged with another company and would like integrate all of the Peoplesoft platforms onto one Peoplesoft 8.4 platform before they do a global rollout of Peoplesoft 9.0 in the future. The consultant must be 60% functional and 40% technical in nature. The consultant will come in and automate a template to upload vendor invoices into a voucher as well as all associated tables. (1st deliverable) Strong knowledge of table structures will be needed for this project.  Consultant should have experience with transactional processing - full lifecycle (AP/Vouchers).  The candidate should be experience with AP and the integration with GL, as well as Psft Expenses (will be supporting this module once rolled out). The consultant should have excellent experience with the Expense module as the client is currently launching this module in India. The consultant should have fit/gap analysis experience and experience with configuration this module.  Knowledge of "cash advance process" would be ideal as well as have had experience with multicurrency environments.  This person will be working extensively with a Sr Business analyst for this project so excellent communication is needed.
