Overall Business Program Director High Level:

Responsible for the development and ongoing management of initiatives related to the upfront evaluation (intake process - business ramification, due diligence, risk evaluation) and program delivery (program leadership) through an integrated portfolio of programs, projects and initiatives related to State, Federal, Corporate and Association Mandates. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Coordinates and manages the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation and compliance of these initiatives. Establishes program governance when needed to assure response to issue escalation; develops program budget and ensures program meets its stated objectives. Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practices; and remains aware of industry trends. Responsible for managing relationships while partnering with corporate, regional and enterprise wide business areas. Responsible for developing communication documents and training criteria related to program success measures. Person will be responsible for developing documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of the programs success.

Low Level:

• Thorough knowledge Project Management Methodologies in facilitation of Product Lifecycle Management, Software Development Life Cycle, HIPAA Remediation and EDI growth within the healthcare industry.

• Large scale Enterprise Implementation experience varying from Payer Management software integration and deployment, to HIPAA remediation, planning, design and implementation.

• Strong functional Healthcare experience in the areas of EDI, Claims Provider, Member, and Utilization Management.

• A solid Healthcare background focused on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and associated HIPAA covered transactions (837’s, 834, 835, 820, 270/271, 276/277, & 278).

• Exceptional organizational, analytical skills.
