Position Description:
Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 5-7 years experience.
Description: Designs, tests, implements, maintains, and controls the organization's physical, relational, and object-oriented databases across multiple platforms and computing environments. Participates in the development of data architectures and database management policies and standards. Provides in-depth consulting services in the identification and resolution of database issues. Participates in the planning, design, and usage of data resources. May develop detailed data models and entity relationship diagrams.
Integration and migration of large Treasury systems in support of the Client merger. this includes testing, schema review, tuning, sql code migration, database migrations and installation as well as support for development teams to certify changes on these systems. Experienced with RAC and Oracle 10g, Oracle 11g nice to have.
Savvy on UNIX (Sun Solaris and Linux RedHat 4 / 5).
