- Perform Service Catalog Workshop
- Review Data sets for Service Catalog
- Modify UI look and feel - add fields, configure UI
- Provide Shopping Cart Functionality
- Help customer set up service item master management
- Provide setup of service definitions and offering workflows
- Design, test, and deliver workflows
- Demonstrate Service Offerings and review graphs, start centers, metrics, and reports
- Determine customer content loading for URLs and attachments in the Service Catalog
- Provide support as needed to current IBM Implementation Team
