Skill Set Requirements
* Proven experience of 3-5 years with designing and architecting solutions in SharePoint Services and MOSS to include Business Intelligence, Workflow and Enterprise Search
* Proven experience customizing and/or creating web parts for SharePoint
* Proven experience in .NET (C# and ASP.NET)
* Proven experience in SQL 2005/2008 in support of SharePoint and Reporting Services * Proven experience with Microsoft Security initiatives as it relates to building security models around SharePoint
* Ability to apply technical knowledge to perform all functions you must be able to write code not just architect it
* Working Knowledge of .NET, WPF, WCF, WWF, WCS
* Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to non-technical users both verbally and in writing
* Ability to successfully present technical solutions to clients
* Ability to work as a proactive, resourceful, cooperative and respectful team member Education, Certification & Reference Requirements
* B.S. in Computer Science/Information Systems or other related field
* Current Microsoft certification in one or more of the following: MCAD, MCPD, MCSD, MCTS or MC Architect
* References will be required for SharePoint design and development projects to include client references and a sample of deliverables
* Understanding of SOA and Web Services
