Resourcing partner opportunity
Dear Partners,
With our continual growth in business, we are looking to pick 2-3 companies who would exclusively source candidates for our positions which require Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD candidates.
This is a sourcing opportunity exclusively as opposed to subcontracting opportunity. We are looking for business partners who would fulfill our anticipated service level agreements for these positions. We are only looking for serious partners who can afford to allocate their recruitments staff on call basis for these opportunities.
If you would like to be part of this opportunity, please provide me following:
· Company history
· Recruitment process and experience in recruiting Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD candidates.
· Number of recruiters who can handle these requirements
· Number of professional job board memberships.
· Turn around time for these requirements.
After we get all this information, we will contact the companies we think will be complementing our skills and would be a great partner. We will then also communicate our terms for this relationship. We will restrict this list to a maximum of 2-3 initially. Longer term we would have 2 companies doing the sourcing of these candidates for us.
