• architecture and basic administration understanding.
• A major role in a complete Siebel implementation .
• Excellent understanding in the Order/Quote/Asset Management modules.
• Excellent understanding in the Opty - Quote - Order - Asset flow.
• Good knowledge around the ABO (Asset Based Ordering) .
• Good Expertise in configuration, Workflows, EAI, EIM, scripting, performance management .
• Good exposure into Product Configuration .
• Good knowledge in the Change Order process.
• Good exposure into Integrations of Siebel with other applications (like Billing, Provisioning etc).
• Requirements analysis and identification (Business and Technical) .
• Ability to work in onsite-offshore delivery model, flexible to provide extended support when needed.

·         Hands on experience in use case writing.

·         In-depth functional knowledge of  Retail Banking.

·         Good understanding of multiple technologies used in Banking & Financial Services IT.

·         Understanding of various architectures types such as mainframes, client-server, and service oriented architecture etc.

·         Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).

·         Exposure to Hogan  is a plus.
