Experience: Must have 10 years of experience in developing critical web based applications.

 

100% HANDS ON DEVELOPMENT ROLE

 

 

 

Strong experience with Web applications design and development, Web design and development tools & languages and experience in implementing critical web-based applications for high-availability

 

Technologies include: Java/J2EE, JSP, JSF, Spring, Hibernate

Must be able to translate applications requirements into reusable objects / classes and class libraries.

Must help build the application framework and define standards for the rest of the team to utilize to build out the application. Implement web-based solutions using available technology.

Must be able to apply emerging technologies to the software development process as and when available and possible.
