| Experience with Sharepoint 2007 Architecture as it applies to Document Management and other areas. | 3 | Must Have |
| Experience in design, develop and implementing custom UI designs, master pages and themes for Sharepoint 2007. | 3 | Must Have |
| Strong experience with .NET web application design, development of Web Parts using .NET and Sharepoint frameworks | 4 | Must Have |
| Experience with Javascript , HTML, XML, XSLT and CSS in support of web application development | 6 | Must Have |
| Experience using development tools like Visual Studio, Sharepoint Designer, Frontpage and Subversion Version control system. | 6 | Must Have |
| Strong experience in coding unit tests with NUNIT | 4 | Must Have |
| Deep understanding of Sharepoint Architecture and web security | 3 | Must Have |
| Demonstrated experience in delivering on very aggressive timelines and should be largely self sufficient. | 4 | Must Have |
| Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. | | Must Have |
