. Creating, documenting and Executing Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Results, Managing UAT sessions and Project communication. Issue Management and Tracking. Status Reporting and Tracking.  Setting and Managing Expectations

 

Skills

 

* Overall experience of 6-8 years as a business analyst in Marketing and/or IT related projects

* Strong experience as a BA in PRM projects using SalesForce.com (SFDC) in a large software company for 3-4 years

* Thorough understanding of various data base technologies

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
