Assignment Description (Analyst/Developer/DBA . etc.): Perform Analysis, Design, Development and Testing of integrations from PolicyCenter to an external system such as ChoicePoint, BillingCenter, or J-Rater.
Assignment Responsibilities: Under General Supervision, assume primary responsibility for creating technical design specifications based on functional designs and business requirements as well as development and testing of these requirements. This will include working with IT Business Analysts to create the technical design tasks and working in a team environment to develop and test the required reports.

Heavy Java - This would include understanding frameworks, security, web services, and unit testing. NA Required Heavy Communicate effectively. The candidate must be able to be understood over a conference call. The candidate must be able to communicate technical thoughts and ideas. NA Required Medium Team Player. The candidate will be on a cross functional team with technical and non-technical personnel. The candidate should be approachable, willing to work extremely long hours (including nights/weekends) in order for the team to make their goals, and be willing to pick-up any work the team needs them to do. NA Required Heavy Mentor Junior Developers. The candidate should be able to work with a very junior programmer in terms of showing them the correct way to design and develop software. The candidate should exhibit patience, be able to explain ideas, and monitor but not control a junior developer as they develop code. NA Required Medium Testing. Be able to explain in detail the types of testing they have used, how they have used testing to help them develop code, and how the testing process should work. NA Required Medium Design Experience and Thought Leadership. This requirement is contrasted with job specifications or a candidate who is handed a set of requirements and creates code. We don't want a candidate who can simply code. We want a candidate who can lead a team through a complex design with many integration points and build a complete, technical solution. NA Required Heavy Code and Design Reviews. The candidate should be able to describe how code and design reviews work, their benefits, and their own experience with these reviews. NA Required Medium Agile. The candidate should understand Agile Scrum, know how to interact on an Agile Scrum Team, and understand Scrum terminology. NA Desired Light Follow Sentry Coding and Design Standards. The candidate should be able to quickly learn and adapt to Sentry Coding Standards. NA Required Medium
