Senior Governance Engineer requirement

Skills:
The Senior Governance Engineer Information will report to the Senior Manager Policy and Governance
5 + years experience as an Information Security Professional.
Understanding of technology controls required for a full Information Security Program.
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions
Ability to influence senior management.
Understanding of SOX, PCI, FFIEC, ISO27001/2 , COSO/COBIT controls/requirements.
Good working knowledge of privacy law including CA1386, HIPAA, international data privacy laws, US and international anti-terrorism laws (e.g. OFAC) and encryption export laws (BXA).
Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships with a diverse community (in and outside of technology); ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to earn the trust and respect of colleagues both in and outside of the Information Security team.
Unquestionable integrity.
Experience in any of the following: a large/complex financial services company, or an Internet e-commerce firm, or in rapidly growing environments, or in large accounting practices.
CISSP, CISM, or other industry certifications.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
