ROLE Technical Lead / Senior Software Developer
We require an experienced Senior Software Developer with hands-on experience in custom development using MS .Net Technologies. The resource will expected to perform hands-on software development as well as lead a small team of developers.
The resource will have
-At least 7 years of work experience with Microsoft .Net Framework including ASP.NET and C#
-At least 2 year of .Net experience using .Net Framework 3.5 or above
-Prior experience of object oriented development.
-Must have additional experience in building web services and component objects in .Net.
-Experience with web services and XML
-Excellent communication and analytical skills
Technical Environment: .Net framework 3.5 or above, SOA architecture, web services, XML, MS SQL 2008, Biz Talk, SSRS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Experience as the Senior Software Developer on at least two (2) projects with at least 500 end users
-Experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Developer on a large distributed system project having a software development team numbering at least 10 staff for at least two (2) projects.
-Developed software for a web based system supporting 50,000+ Internet registered end-users for at least two (2) projects.
-Experience with iterative development methodologies for at least two (2) years.
-Used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and/or use cases as the basis for defining functional requirements for at least two (2) years.
-Education: Baccalaureate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university.
-Developed a system software solution using Microsoft .Net as the target implementation environment for at least two (2) projects.
-Developed Microsoft (MS) .NET based applications that integrated with a mainframe-based system for at least two (2) projects.
-Experience and knowledge of Document Image systems and Document Image system implementation for at least one (1) project.
-Developed at least one (1) system that conformed to HIPAA security guidelines, in which the customer was considered a HIPAA Covered Entity or a partner of a HIPAA Covered Entity.
-At least two (2) years expertise developing SOA-based applications.
Experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Developer on a large distributed system project

ROLE: Senior Software Developer II/Architect
Location:
Duration: 1-2 year Long Term project
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing secure, reliable, scalable, performance-driven solutions for high-throughput, database-driven software applications.
-Designing customer-driven software solutions with re-use, security, extensibility, and scalability in mind.
-Providing accurate estimates for development of features and functionality.
-Presenting design and functionality based on supplied functional and technical specification or requirements.
-Conceptualizing, designing, and documenting new architecture for existing applications, utilizing design patterns, and design techniques appropriately.
-Creating web services and methods.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Worked as the Software Architect on large distributed systems or commercial products projects for a period not less than five (5) years.
-Worked as the Software Architect, on large distributed systems or commercial products projects utilizing a .NET architecture for at least two (2) projects.
-Experience with and knowledge of development in C#/C++ for a period not less than five (5) years.
-Experience and knowledge of development of eXtensible Markup Language (XML)/eXtensible Style Language(XSL) for a period not less than five (5) years.
-Experience and knowledge of Web Services for a period not less than three (3) years.
-Experience with UML for a period not less than five (5) years.
-Experience with agile product development process architecture, development, functional/design specifications generation, and unit testing for a period not less than three (3) years.
-Baccalaureate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university.
-Experience and knowledge of Document Image systems and Document Image system implementation for at least one (1) project.
-Experience and knowledge of development of Microsoft (MS) .NET based applications that integrated with a mainframe-based system for two (2) projects or more.
-Experience in troubleshooting multi-tier applications for not less than five (5) years. Experience must include all components of the infrastructure including Network (LAN/WAN), OS and applications tiers. Must be able to identify and resolve bottlenecks for application solutions with performance issues.
-Experience with Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) software development for 1 or more projects.
-Experience with agile product development process architecture, development, functional/design specifications generation, and unit testing for a period of five (2) years or more.
This resource will have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engr or related discipline
8-10 years of hands-on technical experience - At least 5+ years as Application/Systems Architect
• Must have enterprise application architecture, design and development experience in large services applications with expert-level skills in .NET technologies – Web Enterprise Application Development
•Expert knowledge of .NET servers [BizTalk, SharePoint]
•Design Experience: UML, Design Patterns, OOAD, SOA, O-R Mapping, Messaging, Integration, Interfaces
•Various SDLC models: CMM, RUP, Agile, Scrum, etc.
