Required: EDI Consultant at Los Angeles, Locals preferred

Hi Partners,

We have an opening for EDI consultant at Los Angeles, CA for a 6 + months contract.

Rate: $45/hr

Experience:

- Two plus years of progressive EDI experience using X.12 standards and Harbinger Trusted Link EDI/400 software.

- Experience working with manufacturing, distribution, and finance applications is a plus.

- Experience in a high volume EDI transaction processing environment highly desired.

Knowledge:

- Good knowledge of EDI X.12 standards and Harbinger EDI/400 software.

- Good knowledge of the Distribution, Manufacturing, and Finance modules.

- Basic PC familiarity (such as the use of the Microsoft Office suite).

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Ability to analyze new user requirements and recommend solutions .

- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

- Ability to work with user, technical team, and trading partner personnel.

Role:Establishes and maintains EDI functionality between corporate systems and those of corporate business partners and customers. Coordinates, develops, tests, and implements the exchange of currently supported and new EDI documents with new and existing trading partners.
