Thanks for your reply Aldo, but I'm pretty sure my groups are private: the
access settings are marked so that only group members can view the group
content, yet whern I logged on as someone else (my husband), I clicked on the
membership tag and then on my own profile and it showed all the groups I am in,

Is there any other way by which the addressess cannbe added? like giving the
link where the addressess of the guest book are store on my server etc? coz
the dtat is really huge and is ever increasing so 10*10 email addressess can
