How do I block an email address that keeps sending me spam? - 1 new
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Try to add that mail address to your group. If it's already a member, Google
will tell you, and you can look for it in management tasks member list, and
ban it. On the other hand, if you've been able to add it, you can ban it
immediately. A ban should block any possible future message. Hope this helps -

un ban a member - 2 new

I´m also having the same problem. One of the members of my grup was banned
with no reason. Probably Google´s group malfunction. Following the advice in
the second message above, I tried to unban that member, but couldn´t find an
unban button to click on. There was only an Ban button. So, I clicked on that
button and my user was banned once more. Then an - Thurs, Nov 5 2009 2:09 am

Bouncing members and no response to the problem - 1 new

I am also looking for a clear advice what to do if a user is in state bouncing.
It could not be so hard to write a guideline for this. Google please tell me
what to do in such a case. -Peter - Thurs, Nov 5 2009 3:15 am

We are having the same problem. We're a legitimate organization and can't seem
to find a way to work with google or talk to any one person that can help. -

New members not being added after "staff review" - 2 new

When I submitted my list of email addresses to invite I received a "under
staff review" response, but then received no response from google "staff", and
none of my invitees received an invitation. When I try to invite them
individually, Google won't allow it because it says they are already members,

Can no longer manage group - 2 new

Hi Aldo, thanks for the feedback. You are right. I started the group with a
hotmail address. Last time I logged in I updated the owner to my gmail address,
but while I receive messages directed to the group owner, I don't have the
option to administer the group. I presume Google staff will need to flick a -

Unable to post - 1 new

For the first time in the last five days, the members' posts seem to be
arriving for moderation, in our group. In fact, some of the posts that were
posted on Nov 2 and 3, arrived today, Nov 6, for approval. Clearly there was a
problem in the functioning of Google Group, and yet, Google did not even
acknowledge the problem, as far as I know. - Thurs, Nov 5 2009 8:18 pm

Invites - 1 new

I sent invites to a bunch of people in my address book. It said hours later
the invites were approved. I sent invites, not direct adds but all those I
invited somehow were automatically added. Some people got upset about this. It
was not my intentions to automatically add people that didn't want to be on
the group. I expected they would get an - Thurs, Nov 5 2009 10:11 pm
