Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager-Online Marketing

Location: NY - New York City

eCommerce Web Marketing systems and operations.

 

 

 

Description:

 Our client, a globally respected Media icon, seeks a Business Analyst/Project Manager to work on a variety of sales, web and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with IT and the business units of several highly visible, customer projects. These projects will center around online marketing programs to strengthen brand awareness and create customer loyalty & retention. Overall responsibility will include business analysis (70%) and project management (30%).

 

 

Skills/Requirements .

10 years experience in IT with focus on Business Analysis and Project Management

. Experience working on Web-based customer facing initiatives, preferably in a Java environment

. Experience working across multiple business functions

. Prefer experience with Customer Care, Web Retention, and/or Marketing organizations would be ideal

. Prefer exposure to Siebel or another CRM
