SAN-1005106- RECORDS ANALYST( Business Analyst with Records Management)

Hi,

     This is Vysham from Sriven Infosys Inc, looking for consultants for below requirement.

 

Position: RECORDS ANALYST( Business Analyst with Records Management)

Location: San Jose, CA

Length of contract: 6+ months

 

 

 

Assist ERIM program in implementing new and existing records management policies and procedures, assist Cisco employees with daily records needs, provide customer service information, and solve records management issues.

 

Job Description:

 

Monitor quality of records information (monthly audits, etc.)

Communicate with records users to answer questions and enforce procedures completely and thoroughly assist in rolling out new records programs and technologies

Research to find solutions for inquiries (may include staff, Off-Site, internet, records contacts, etc.)

Train authorized users in efficient and timely manner

Lead upkeep of retention schedule (update and communicate changes, work to improve accessibility)

Coordinate and execute the incorporation of records from acquisitions

Legal team partnership (re: Legal holds, contracts, special projects)

Locate records for individuals in response to inquiry, litigation, audits, etc. (TRC Cases)

Independent contributor to the team, able to handle tasks and projects from beginning to end with minimal supervision.

Coordinate and lead meetings that involve records management and/or Operations

Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions in person, by phone, email or fax; includes TRC case resolution in timely and thorough manner

Assist with pack out and classification of client files

Perform computer data entry and other duties related to the records database

Able to lift 25+ lbs

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related/special tasks as needed or assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills Speak about and for Records Program; thoroughly understand team initiatives; represent ERIM team at large through all forms of communication

- Responsibility/Ownership Own tasks and responsibilities, understand how role fits into bigger ERIM team and become an expert in Operations area

- Attention to Detail Thoroughly understand role, policies and procedures to assure compliance

- Relationship Building - Develop effective working relationships with staff to further program goals

- Self-Starter willingness and desire to solve problems and improve ERIM team programs

 

Abilities:

- Multi-task and prioritize duties to assure all are completed on time

- See tasks through completion, which may include documentation or verbal communication

- Communicate clearly and concisely in writing or in person

- Lead conference calls, collect information and communicate to team

- Work independently towards goals with minimal direction

- Assess, plan and coordinate projects, ex: acquisition records collection from start to finish

- Prepare statistical and written presentations for ERIM team
