Project Manager W/ Program Schedule/Planning tools and Media/Entertainment organizations

Silver Spring, MD

An international Media & Entertainment company, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to manage the implementation of a new Program Scheduling & Planning Tool.  This position is located in the Capital Beltway area.  This individual must understand the needs of the business unit, serve as a business unit advocate, manage & coordinate the relationships with the 3rd party vendor, and internally manage this implementation across multiple IT teams.

 

.  Must have extensive Project Management experience within Media/Entertainment organizations

 

.  Must have end-to-end experience implementing complex vendor applications within large organizations

 

.  Any experience with Program Schedule/Planning tools is a big plus (ie: IBMS or Sintec)

 

.  Must be detail oriented and have the ability to understand and represent the business

 

.  Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills

 

.  Must be flexible for occasional travel to various US and International locations
