The successful candidate must champion and enforce the Change Management process.  He/she must be able to explain and demonstrate its value, form good working relationships while enforcing standards and practices in a positive manner.  He/she must work as a part of the RTTO (Real Time Technology Organization) Change Management team to ensure compliance to the process and complete integration of the change management process in the Real Time environment.  This position requires a highly motivated person experienced with Change Management Processes and supporting a complex multi-tiered infrastructure and application environment.  Theoretical and practical experience in support of production services.  Excellent project management, change management, problem solving, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage processes from start to finish.   The Americas Change Analyst  is responsible for facilitating the operational and administrative activities of the Change Management process.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Reviewing Change Requests to ensure that all Change Management requirements and standards are enforced and properly categorized according to established published guidelines • Communicating Changes to select TechOps staff, affected business segments and stakeholders via established communication channels • Producing/analyzing daily/weekly/monthly Change Management reports                                                                                                 • Primarily responsible for the change control administration, including communications with all levels of the TechOps Organization

Qualification:
Education:
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
• General knowledge and experience of ITIL standards and procedures specific to IT Service Delivery, Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management                                                                    • 5+ years experience in a business or technical analyst role                                                                                                                     • Experience with review and analysis of problem and change activities in a corporate IT organization                                         • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

Any Certifications Required:
