This edition's DIY engagement game

Blow 'Em Up!

What you need:  Balloons
A Stopwatch

How to play:  Split the group into as many teams as you want. Get 2 teams to stand facing each other. Hand over a balloon to each and every person in a team.  Participants must blow their balloon till it bursts. Only when the first person bursts his balloon can the next in line start blowing. Should a person for some reason not burst his balloon then the balloon can be deflated and passed on to a person who has already burst his balloon. The first that bursts the most number of balloons in the time that you have specified, say 1 minute, wins.

This is a very high energy, loud game at the end of which your participants are left 'breathless'...!

The recession - if nothing else - changed the rules of the game. But has it changed the way we look at an organisation's most valuable assets, its people? How do organisations ensure that change does not conflict with keeping employees motivated and connected to the larger picture?

This month you can read a Gallup report on a rather controversial topic - Employee Engagement and Unions. If we are worried about unionisation, then we should ask ourselves - are our employees really engaged. We have some interesting press coverage on how corporates are increasingly investing in sporting events. Take a look at our challenging Thinkers for Life offerings. Read our case study about one company that engaged its employees across different interest areas - and yet maintained a structure! As the running season in the country peaks, check out an unusual trail run, the Bangalore Ultra. All this and lots more in this issue.

Choose from The Fuller Life's expansive list of activities to keep your employees at their smiling, uplifted and productive best! So whether it is an awareness building exercise about your company values or an online fun activity around cricket or an e-group for photography enthusiasts or even a volleyball tourney for your women employees, we can tailor our activities to suit your requirement. Make your company a great place to work at. Call us now!
