• Requires good experience implementing Pega Rules Process Commander as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process.
• Must be proficient with the complete Pega implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment.
• Needs a solid background with integration, including integrating PRPC with back end systems/DB's Technology - Java/J2EE, PRPC 5.x, SOAP, Oracle 9i, XML, UML, Webservices, any other BPM Product experience.

 

 Experience :

• Min 5 years overall IT experience .
• Over 2+ years in Pega Rules, CPM  Over 2+ years experience in J2EE .
• Experience in software development methodology .
• Development effort requires coding and testing .

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations role including working knowledge of MOF/ITIL best practices and demonstrated experience with implementing and operating systems within these frameworks.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience operating enterprise systems deployed on Windows Server 2003/2008 and IIS 6.0/7.0 including administration, implementation, and troubleshooting specifically for .NET based web applications.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience operating enterprise systems that leverage SQL Server 2005/2008 including strong T-SQL skills, and administration/maintenance experience.
• A strong working knowledge of query optimization and performance troubleshooting techniques would be a plus  2+ years SharePoint experience .

• Windows mobile Browser testing skills .
• Implementation of new test scenarios based on requirements .

• Run regression test suites and triage the issues .
• Proficient in programming and debugging in C++  Proven to be a good tester finding out critical issues .
