Position: -    SAP Developer/Global Support Mgr

 Duration: -  3 Months

 Job Description:  SAP Developer/Global Support Manager

This position is responsible for providing SAP knowledge across core SAP Financial modules, Human Resources, Project Systems and SRM Modules.

 The position will assist in developing training materials, delivery of training and provide post-go live support.

Duties:
• Provide business process and SAP subject matter expertise in support of current business operations.
• Perform knowledge transfer to users on SAP modules and functionality.
• Assist with identifying and developing Agency training materials
• Report the progress of the team to agency management team on a weekly basis.
• Assist in identifying implementation risks
• Work with external SAP project team to support the project
• Provide guidance and support to team members proactively anticipating and overcoming obstacles.
