Qualifications :

.         Technical Skills

-         Experience in unstructured content, document/content management technologies

-         Minimum of two years experience in the Documentum suite (Content Server, DocControl Manager, WebTop, Web Publisher, Site Caching Services, Desktop Client, etc.)

-         Skilled in Documentum DQL queries and API calls

Data Migration Lead Responsible for understanding & analyzing the Business Requirements, deciding the Data Migration approach , design the solution and lead the project from the Data Migration perspective. Manage the customer & drive the offshore team in successfully completing the Data Migration related deliverables.

 

Key expectations:

• Must have good hands on work experience & successfully leading the data migration projects using Informatica Power Center & Power exchange as ETL tool.

• Must have exposure to Data Migration best practices & experience in successfully executing multiple end-to-end Data Migration Projects.

 • Must have extensive hands on experience in data consolidation, conversion/transformations, re-conciliation, cleansing and loading into the target systems

• Overall 8+ Yrs of experience with a minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing SFDC CRM applications, data migration and interfacing/integrating SFDC application with legacy/external applications.

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, order management, Quote Management…etc).

 • Must have excellent exposure and experience in SFDC Configuration, apex coding, Visual Force, Flex, Web Services and Data Management

 • Must possess very strong knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM Technology, architecture and framework. Good exposure to Data Migration, Integration & interface aspects of the SFDC product

• Must have experience in leading the team in designing and architecting the solutions for complex business requirements & processes

• Proven track record and successful implementation of multiple SFDC CRM projects.

• Excellent problem solving, proactive thinking and analytical skills
