This is Nithin a OBIEE Consultant with 7 yrs of professional experience in IT which includes
· Over 7 years of diversified IT experience of which 5 years of experience in working with OBIEE 10.1.3.x/Siebel Analytics 7.x, Oracle BI Applications 7.9.x, which include building and configuring repository, creating and managing Oracle/Siebel Intelligent Dashboards, Oracle/Siebel Answers, Oracle/Siebel Delivers and Oracle/Siebel iBots, BI Publisher and 5 years of experience in working with Extraction Transformation and loading using Informatica.

· Experience in performance tuning at the Database level by creating aggregate tables, Bitmap, B Tree Indexes, RPD level by creating Database hints in physical Layer, Tuning Reports.
· Expert in implementing and handling the complex environments which include clustering of servers, Back up and Failover Strategies with connected and disconnected analytics
· Expertise in implementing Caching Strategy for the reports and usage tracking of reports
· Hands on experience in Authentication and Authorization of OBIEE by using LDAP, Database authentication, External Authentication and also implemented Single Sign On(SSO)
· Expertise in implementing Security Models for Dashboards, Row level, object Level, Role Level, Dashboard Level
· Hands on Experience in creating Aggregate tables using materialized views and using Aggregate Persistence wizard
· Expert in converting Functional specs to Technical Specs and implementing OBIEE Best practices
· Expertise in configuring Interactive Dashboards with drill-drown capabilities using global and local filters, Security setup (groups, access/query privileges), metadata objects and web catalog objects (Dashboard, Pages, Folders, Reports).
· Expertise in implementing Oracle BI Apps in all phases like implementing Out of order Box(Vanilla mappings) prebuilt mappings, Designing ETL, metadata management using DAC, Creating Oracle provided data warehouse BAW,OBIEE RPD development, OBIEE reports and dashboards
· Expertise in developing ETL Strategies using Informatica Power Center and Loading of data from multiple data sources and creating workflows with worklets and various tasks and scheduling them using both workflow manager and Unix Shell Scripts (using pm cmd).
· Logical and Physical Data Modeling and Dimensional modeling skills in Physical database design, Relational Models, Star Schemas, and Snowflake Schemas.
· Expertise in Data warehouse Administration console (DAC) to configure, monitor and schedule ETL routines.
· Experienced in Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Migration and Administration of Informatica Power Center/OBIEE.
· Designed and developed efficient Error handling methods and implemented throughout the mappings. Hands on experience in tuning mappings, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
· Experience in customizing mappings to transform data from a transactional database and other sources to staging tables and further to target tables.
· Extensive experience in working with RDBMS like Oracle, Sybase, UDB and SQL Server.
· Experience in creating SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures/Packages/Triggers/Cursors and UNIX Shell scripts.
· Excellent problem solving skills with strong technical background and good inter-personal skills. Quick learner and excellent team player, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
