Title: Siebel Sales Force Automation Business Process Lead
Duration: 3/2010
Location: Fort Worth, TX - must be local or able to go for f2f interview within 24 hours of request. Responsibilities
- Lead Clients implementation of Siebel's Sales Force Automation tool for their Sales force. Phase I scope includes basic contact and activity management only. Iterative development methodology will be utilized.
- Conduct live demos of Siebel Sales Force Automation functionality as it is "out of the box"
- Lead discussions with client Sales and IT personnel to finalize requirements - must be able to creatively solve issues with "out of the box" features and sell concept to client Sales team
- Document final requirements
- Liaise with technical development team to ensure system configuration/implementation matches requirements
- Liaise with test team to ensure system matches requirements
- Assist with mapping data elements from Goldmine (Current CRM system) to Siebel
- Assist with other Project Management functions (timelines, test scripts, etc.)
Requirements
- Must have been in a leadership role for the implementation of at least 2 Siebel Sales Force Automation projects (at an airline or other travel industry company a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the base Siebel product to be able to demonstrate full functionality effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills to drive team to a non-custom solution quickly - ability to be persuasive regarding the benefits of Siebel Sales Force Automation
***Minimum of 2 years Siebel required however the manager will be focusing on how many Sales Force Automation implementations candidate has completed. |
