Hi,

     This is Vysham from Sriven Infosys Inc, looking for consultants for below requirement.

 

Sr. UNIX Administrator

Length: 24 months+

Location: Temecula, CA

 

Interview: F2F -locals only!!!

 

“System Administrator – Unix” (8-10+ yrs experience).

 

Please DO NOT submit anyone that has Sun or Solaris experience as we are not interested. We are looking for a SENIOR level candidate that can hit the ground running and is familiar with the following:

 

1.       Unix – HP UX

2.       IBM – AIX (Very Important)

3.       Linux and VMWare ESX

4.   Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

 

• Day to day administration of the UNIX server environment, including but not limited to; OS patching, daily trouble shooting and Remedy ticket management, backups and restores, and other duties as needed. Some weekend work and off hour work may be required.
• Other responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
• The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to, user or system design specifications.

The documentation, testing, creation, or modification of computer programs related to the design of software or hardware for computer operating systems.
