Title: Business Process Analysts / Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 3 months

 

Skills Required:

·         Six Sigma experience or other process improvement methodology

·         Excellent project management skills

·         Ability to clearly map process activities, decision points and integration with other processes

·         Detailed knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis for decision making

·         Experience in the development and management of meaningful business metrics

·         Experience in identifying and analyzing problems/issues

·         Strong facilitation and group leadership skills

·         Experience with process modeling tools

Project Scope:         

• Develop Current State process flows or Value Stream maps including estimated cycle times, technology, key performance indicators, handoffs, and pain points of four plans - Consumer Markets Division - IL, TX, NM, OK
• Define future improvement and transformation opportunities, including understanding the alignment of process, people and technology across states and subsidiary entities
