Oracle Financials Project Manager (10 years of project management)
Eagan, MN
Duration is 1 year+. 

 

Must be GC or Citizen or EAD

 

Phone screen followed by In-person interview
Need two professional references from recent projects


The candidate MUST have R12 project exp. At least one project. 
We have had one person interview and they like him but he is the only one they have interviewed so they want a couple others to interview as soon as we find them. 

   

MUST HAVE A EAD or GREEN CARD OR BE A CITIZEN.  

Must be US Citizen or EAD/Green Card holder. 
If they have a Green Card/EAD, they must have 5 years of work experience in the USA.   

 

Financials ERP Upgrade

Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager well versed in Oracle E-Business Suite and general technologies to define and lead effort of upgrading Postal’s Oracle Financial applicant to current DB and ERP release.  The effort will include the upgrading of the  extensions to the Oracle Financials release as needed for the version selected.

 

 

Key requirements for the Project Manager

 

Proven experience in the following:

·         Must have 10 years of project management – PMP preferred  

 

• MUST HAVE R12 project experience. 

·         Project planning, development of the project schedule and ability to execute to that schedule execution

·         Resource allocation

·         Team building and development

·         Issues management

·         Risk assessment and management of risks

·         Project budget management

·         Status reporting at all levels (project participants through executive stakeholders)

·         Ability to facilitate project discussions and drive decisions  

·         Must be process-oriented

·         Excellent spoken, written communication and leadership skills     

 

Preferred candidate will have experience with the following:

·         Well versed with Oracle E-Business Suite and general technologies

·         Should have led a successful end to end implementation

·         Experience migrating Oracle DB from 9.2 to 11g

·         Experience migrating Oracle Applications from 11.5 to 12

·         Ability to manage technical project participants as well as work with multiple departments within the organization to keep project deliverables on schedule
