Portal Technical  Project Manager

Location:Houston, 

Duration:6 months,

PM role that will take on the hands-on coordination and management of the different business resources involved in the physical decommissioning of the legacy applications.

 

The following skills are a must:

Strong communication skills, ability to influence resources working in a global virtual environment, and a strong drive to get things done now.

The PM will be reporting to a Houston based PM who will be his/her first point of escalation in case of issues with scope, resources, stakeholder management and overall management of the project.

 

 EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TECHNICAL PM required, good knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT support organizations and IT architecture BUSINESS Learning IT knowledge preferred OTHER .Must be both a sparring partner to the business (will stand up and say no if something is out of scope, or not feasible), and a sparring partner to IT (e.g. can challenge technical designs, support proposals, etc.
