Task Description:

• Design and development of internet application access control using Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), WebSphere, DataPower XML Gateways, and FIM

 

Duties:

Job Duty 1 – WebSphere Application Servers

Advise on best practices, investigate new configurations, implement secure configurations and application integration

Investigation of application and integration issues in the Systems Development Life Cycle

Job Duty 2 – Tivoli Access Manager (TAM)

Advise and implement TAM configurations including Policy Servers, LDAP, WebSeal

Advise, lead, and implement integration of applications into TAM Framework

Job Duty 3 - DataPower XML security Gateways

Integrate XS40 gateways that are used to secure SSA’s Web Services offerings

Configure WS-Proxy option and support application integration efforts

Research and advise Best Practice Web Service standards

Job Duty 4 – Meet with partner teams to implement new technology to protect SSA’s online presence

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Candidate MUST have. General knowledge of basic office software such as MS Office Suite as well as good communications skills are a given.

• Solid Unix experience (comfortable getting around the operating system, using text editors, basic configurations)
• Tivoli Access Manager

 

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

It does not preclude a candidate who does not possess all or some of these skills from the selection process but this could be used as a differentiator between candidates.
