Remove Adult Content Warning - 1 new

[link]I created this group mostly as a joke but I want to remove the adult
content warning for now. I wasn't able to find the setting for this. Can that
be done? How? Also you can't see the text for the ads on the right because
both the font and background colors are black. Again, couldn't find the

pending members is not showing up - 1 new

I am getting an email to approved a member reqeust to join the group. But once
I follow the link I can see "Review pendind members (1)", but the screen below
states "There are currently no members to be reviewed". So because I cannot
approve the request I tried to invite the user, but google groups does not
