Required Integration Project Manager at PA

Title: Integration Project Manager 

Locations: Pittsburgh, PA

Est. Start:  9/14/09   

Est. Term: 12 months 

 

Key Skills:  

• Technical or Project Management experience with developing, testing, and integrating applications in a COBOL CICS  environment (Required)
• Technical or Project Management experience with P & C Policy Management Systems such as CSC's PMS (Preferred)
• Superior IT technical and analytical skills (Required) 

Required :  

1. Bachelors Degree
2. 7 + years of IT experience
3. 5+ years of large IT application project management experience
4. Multiple experiences in managing large, long-running projects of over 25 people in a Fortune 500 corporate environment
5. Experience in managing project teams consisting of cross-functional roles (e.g. Business SMEs, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance specialists, DBAs, Architects, Operational Specialists, other project managers, etc.)
6. Experience in managing large projects over a complete life cycle from requirements analysis through implementation
7. Strong project and program management skills
8. Superior analytical skills
9. Outstanding communications (especially listening), interpersonal, and relationship management skills  

Preferred 

1. PMP Certification (Preferred)
2. Advanced Degree (Preferred)
3. Insurance Industry experience and exposure to Insurance Industry (Preferred)
4. Previous experience in coaching or mentoring project managers (Preferred)
5. Demonstrated leadership within the PM Competency (PMI Presenter, educator or noted author) (Preferred)
