Project Manager - Reference 003 Duration: 5 months The Project Manager is the primary contact for client customer service, billing and enrollment functions planning and execution. He/ she understand and manage customer expectations and service needs; building and sustaining positive relationships; delivering superior service thereby ensuring a smooth and successful migration of systems to support the project operations. This is a highly visible role running and managing projects reporting directly to senior directors and business leads. Responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, dashboards, milestones, keeping all the documents up to date, communication and dissemination of critical information from migrations leadership team to internal functional area resources. Build relationships with existing teams, leverage existing templates and work with the business units throughout the migration. Primary Responsibilities: . Conduct project management for major customer service operations projects from initiation through deployment . Complete the system migration process of all the products and services across functions to support project operations . Serve as the liaison between stakeholders, migration team, and business resources throughout system migrations providing expertise, value added services, and ensure the migration project requirements are understood and met, and the program execution is consistent with the project plan . Establish and manage issues and risks mitigation plans for projects. Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans. . Utilize project management tools to effectively plan, manage, analyze, execute, and close projects. . Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completion on the entire systems migration . Manage schedule, budget, costs and ensure the projects are on track and are delivered with quality . Interact with various functional resource managers, business leads, technical professionals and maintain appropriate communications and support . Focus on continuous improvement of project management processes and monitor process compliance . Communicate key project information between migrations team, functional teams, business leads, and stakeholders while meeting customer expectations
